1. When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 days

  • Other locations: 5–9 days

  • Remote areas: 7–12 days


2. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS / email with a tracking ID and courier details.
You can also use our Track Order page on the website to monitor your shipment status in real time.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and digital wallets across India.
All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.


4. What is TrendyMake’s return policy?

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

5. How do I request a return or exchange?

Email us at trendymakeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll share pickup instructions or the return shipping address.


6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — you can cancel within 12 hours if the order hasn’t shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible, but you can apply for a return once the order is delivered.


7. Is shopping on TrendyMake safe?

Absolutely. We use encrypted payment gateways and partner with trusted logistics companies.
Your personal data and payment information remain fully protected at all times.


8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at trendymakeofficial@gmail.com.
We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.


9. Where does TrendyMake ship?

We currently deliver across India through reliable courier services such as Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and India Post.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
